常聽什麼醫生說拉 電視節目說 早餐多重要 還要吃的多 吃的好
可是像小弟我 平常都凌晨才睡的 起床都差不多中午了
哪有吃早餐這種事 有時中午都沒吃東西
這樣都沒吃早餐+習慣晚睡 身體會很容易壞嗎
