看到板上說到1KG有7000多大卡的熱量 那假設跑步1小時所耗的熱量
是200卡 那不就是要跑300多次 在飲食不做改變的情況下
這樣計算正確嗎?
要是以上都沒錯的話 所以我要減重10KG就要每天慢跑1小時 持續一整年
沒錯吧 = = 想到這麼久都 ORZ.......
