參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:因為7-11有打折比較便宜,所以都買御飯糰或是涼麵,加上無糖豆漿。
午餐:都吃學校旁邊的榨菜肉絲麵(有時後沒吃)
晚餐:便當種類的
其他:有時候會吃零食,大約一個月會去吃一次比較好的
日常作息時間:大約晚上12點~3點之間睡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一個禮拜兩天慢跑,大約跑3000m,跑很慢,有時候跑快20分鐘,再走三圈
操場,大概運動半小時。
我的問題:雖然我知道我的運動量很少,但是我已經持續兩個多月了,而且我已經幾乎
都沒有再吃宵夜的習慣了,但有時候因為睡比較晚,所以晚餐可能9點才吃,
但是我上禮拜去康是美量體脂肪以及體重都沒有太大的變化
想知道說大概哪邊可以改善。
