兩個多月以來
幾乎每天晚上持續的跑步
終於邁向不間斷可以跑10圈的紀錄(是小學操場200m XD)
跑步流程:
暖身10分鐘,
先走個1-2圈,再開始跑步(後腳掌著地),最後再走2圈收尾,
收操約15-20分鐘
症狀就是...
「當一次跑完較多的圈數,也收操完畢,就會開始覺得雙腳小腿內側有疼痛的感覺
(尤其是在蹲姿的時候更為明顯),大腿反而都沒事。」
這樣的情形若是「跑一天、休息一天」,疼痛的狀況會好一些
不過我希望能夠每天持續的跑步 >"<
請問大家有沒有什麼改善的方法呢?
