一年沒練,復原期變長了 - 健身

去年右手骨大受傷,停練一年,因為有點嚴重,連有氧都暫停(大汗淋漓會影響復原)
七月初醫生認為已經可以恢復重訓了,但重量跟頻率都得下調,於是我那天花一個小時做
:
1.深蹲,30Kg*10*10(以前做50kg)
2.臥推,30Kg*10*10(以前做60Kg)
做完收工,久未鍛鍊的肌肉痠痛感讓我感到懷念與熱愛,但是我發現復原期變好長囧
以前大約三天就能復原再鍛鍊,這次痛了五天仍無法自行用滾筒推開,只好找師傅硬推,
推完後過了兩天才好,沒有外力介入,復原期絕對超過七天。
唉,復原期變長,訓練頻率就變少,看來真的只能再降重,從空槓慢慢練回來了......
