一星期減少幾公斤算正常?前幾個星期可以少1公斤。但到現在
經過六星期,每星期都只少0.3 或0.多,這樣速度算慢嗎?
還是算正常。因為飲食和運動都有繼續保持,若要較具成效修改方向是否
1. 增加有氧運動時間? 2.增加肌肉訓練? 3.減少熱量攝取?
