基本資料
性別:(男)
年齡: 26
身高: 170
體重: 60
BMI: 20.7
體脂率: 約在9至12間,但多數在10-12
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:某7培果(有時到我家去買,某7之前太貴了)+搭配飲料,
沒飲料時就自泡約125大卡的脫脂牛奶
有時會用其他300卡左右麵包代換,
如果太大就切開分著吃
午餐:飯一碗+菜一堆+兩份雞胸肉+脫脂奶90卡一杯量
晚餐:飯一碗+菜一堆+3份到四份無可見脂肉類
其他:早點和午點都是90卡脫脂牛奶
晚上餓時可能一樣是喝牛奶,畢竟能泡比較方便
日常作息時間:早上6點起來,晚上11點睡
生活型態:辦公室生活,坐一整天
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每天早上
跑步25分鐘,重訓10分鐘
晚上跑步40分鐘,重訓10分鐘
假日的話早上跑步會變成hiit形式
重訓菜單
早上:
一四 推舉、飛鳥
二五 前臂、立姿、過頭彎舉、
三六 划船、沉蹲,弓步
以上工具皆為兩個10kg啞鈴
皆做三組
晚上:電腦人,伏地挺身
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
目前的狀況是,好像處於一直在做運動但變化不是太大,
有考慮是不是蛋白質攝取不夠的影響,
但我能選的可不見脂肉類大概也只能有這樣的份,
其他的因應家中長輩,都是油到可以的肉(五花或油魚)
菜的話也因為老人家牙齒不好等因素,
大概都沒纖維
只有要求過後才免強出現幾個特定的菜(所以我之前的便當菜色很固定)
然後現在是吃完一餐,馬上上側所,
然後就餓了…食量變有點大
飲食方面大概有點難選了…除非又要鬧家庭革命,
目前有什麼方向可以考慮的嗎?
