一直瘦下去怎麼辦? - 健身

我身高166 可是現在只剩下41公斤 比懷孕前還輕 現在瘦到連bra都可以不用穿了 >"<
很多媽媽都怕生完小孩會變很胖 可是我卻擔心自己一直瘦下去
太瘦穿衣服真的很難看而且氣色也不好
最近有去買亞培安素奶粉來喝 早晚各一杯
除此之外我每天的運動就是拖地不然就是推推車帶小去附近走走曬個太陽 (大概一小時左右)
散步回來之後會煎個蛋餅或下個面來吃
之前也有去看中醫調身體 可是吃了半年多似乎也沒見多大進展就停掉了
上次去藥局買奶粉藥局的小姐跟我推薦一種胺基酸奶粉說是可以長肉
可是小小一瓶就要800好貴喔!
也有去醫院檢查過身體除了一點貧血之外身體也沒有什麼問題阿
三餐的話 (我是吃蛋奶素) 早餐喝完一杯亞培之後有時候就吃幾塊水果或者兩片土司夾起司
不過有時候早餐都只有喝一杯牛奶而已
(因為有時候早上吃東西會想吐@@ 我也不知道為什麼 )
中餐跟晚餐都則吃一晚飯 娘家媽媽都說我飯吃太少
要我每餐都吃兩晚飯 早上也要吃飯這樣才會長肉
想請教板上的前輩 想增胖的話除了多吃飯之外麵也可以嗎?
還有吃什麼可以長肉呢? 現在都不太敢去量體重 怕又變輕了
女人太瘦真的沒女人味 而且看起來還比老公老 唉....
