一般人可以一次喝兩份蛋白粉嗎 - 健身

上教練課也有半年多,教練跟我說以我的狀況
若要減脂一天要攝取140g的蛋白質,他不強迫要吃那麼多,但至少要吃到100g
除此之外還要吃300g的蔬菜,2800cc的水(豆漿、蛋白粉的水分不算在內)
其他脂肪、碳水那個都很容易就達標甚至超標了
教練算很好心說我可以喝一份無糖茶來充當水,不然太痛苦
於是我就喝茶裡王900大罐的,再用那瓶子裝水喝兩次來達成條件
因為我都回家吃晚餐、在公司也只喝無糖茶和水,蔬菜和水分攝取算比較好達標
問題就在於蛋白質
我現在是早上用光泉5.1+一份蛋白粉當早餐,中午再一罐光泉5.1
中餐或點心就吃兩個水煮蛋
下班路上買超商雞胸肉啃,晚上回家再喝一份蛋白粉
光泉5.1=19
蛋白粉=22.5
水煮蛋=6
超商雞胸肉=20
所以我能攝取的最純蛋白質是19+22.5+19+6+6+22.5+20=96
再加上我三餐攝取的肉類或煎蛋之類的,應該勉強也有100多
可是我常常都會因為偷懶等各種因素,忘記喝晚上那一份蛋白粉
導致總是沒有攝取到最低的100g
所以想請問大家,你們會一次喝兩份甚至三份的蛋白粉嗎
因為我是有在考慮直接在早上就一次喝掉兩份蛋白粉,晚上就不用怕忘記
但又在想我是喝完就坐辦公桌,不是馬上要運動,身體消化得了嗎
像熱狗王那種健身有成的猛漢當然另當別論,看過他影片把蛋白粉當水喝的
一次都倒三、四包
但畢竟他們代謝應該都超好的,經得起這樣喝
很好奇像我代謝那麼低的一般人也可以這樣喝嗎?身體會不會先掛掉啊
