各位大大好,小弟踏入健身不歸路三個月左右
目前已成為某連鎖健身房會員,最近開始安排飲食
由於工作性質及上班路線關係,目前只能先考慮便利商店當作購買來源
礙於工作時間無法開伙,以下是我安排的五天便利商店早餐計畫
(六日可以在家裡自己處理):
第一天:黑咖啡+香蕉+飯糰
第二天:牛奶+茶葉蛋+三明治
第三天:無糖優酪乳+香蕉+涼麵(cheat day)
第四天:黑咖啡+沙拉+地瓜
第五天:波蜜低卡+茶葉蛋+飯團
目前安排是這樣
不過第五天的波蜜喝的有點膩正考慮要換其他的
而且我沒辦法連續二天吃相同食物
想要去便利商店找找有沒有合適的隱藏飲品
