筆者目前每週一二四五早上會重訓
每次約一個小時
目前分配是
--
三角+胸 一天
(立姿側平舉 槓鈴胸前推舉 立正划船 俯立側平舉 + 機械式胸推 平臥啞鈴飛鳥)
二頭+三頭 一天
(集中彎舉 站姿啞鈴錘式彎舉 + 啞鈴單手後屈伸 坐姿啞鈴三頭肌伸展 滑輪三頭肌下壓)
腿 一天
(leg press + dumbbell lunges + 直膝硬舉)
背+腹部 一天
(槓鈴曲體划船 俯身挺背 啞鈴單臂划船 滑輪坐姿划船 +
仰臥起坐 仰臥腿上舉 Russian twist)

目前覺得 胸肌鍛鍊的效果不彰
因為做完三角肌四個項目後 其實已經很累了
請問胸要挪到哪天會比較好呢?
或是全部該怎麼安排 肌群之間的訓練比較不衝突
其他有什麼訓練的建議也可以提出來
