一週慢跑4~5次10公里可以減肥嗎? - 減肥

肥肥我168cm 73.2公斤 體脂肪率是25.9
年紀又有點大 32歲了
最近想要開始減肥 真的再這樣下去不行
從9月開始慢跑 跑家裡附近學校的操場 一圈200公尺那種
一開始大概最外圈跑10圈我就不行了 後來慢慢進步 15圈 20圈 25圈
這兩天已經開始可以跑到40圈了 一圈230的話 40圈大概是9200公尺
下星期可能會跑到10000公尺算整數吧
可是我跑得有點慢 40圈操場我大概要跑個一小時
這樣的速度能減到肥嗎 還是跑身體健康的
速度再加快的話我又有點怕跑不完
