就一個簡單的觀念~
很多人來這個版,主要都是為了「體態」,
希望自己可以肌肉分明體脂低,擁有異於常人的漂亮線條,
也就是我們常聽到的那些關鍵字:
人魚線、馬甲線、冰塊盒腹肌、巧克力腹肌、體脂10%以下......
而飲食和運動對體態的影響,大概是7:3的程度,
所以假如你照版上的主流風氣,把主力放在運動,
飲食部分則是無為而治、馬馬虎虎,吃得和一般人差不多,
那最後結果往往就是差強人意。
雖然你花了很大的努力在運動,但得到的體態卻沒有特別出色,
頂多就是比正常人精實一點點而已。
換句話說,如果沒有天生神力,
正常人想要擁有那些和「一般人不一樣」的體態,
往往必須執行和「一般人不一樣」的飲食方法,
但這個版的風氣卻對此視為邪魔歪道,極其不以為然,
總覺得這樣一定會傷害健康,然後溜溜球效應。

傷害健康、仙女餐、溜溜球效應......等

所以啦,道不同不相為謀,
這個版基本上就是「運動造神」版
告訴你運動好、運動妙、運動呱呱叫,
只要你專心好好運動,不用特別控制飲食,
就可以身體好健康、身材好棒棒。
但實際上呢,你相信的話就是白癡了,
因為就如前面所說,不考慮基因樂透組的情況下:
沒有「異於常人」的飲食方針,
就沒有「異於常人」的身體線條。
而且告訴你一件更諷刺的事情......
吃所謂仙女餐和減脂餐的人,
除了身材會更漂亮之外,很可能連健康都會比人家好,
因為這樣的飲食方針剛好避開了很多精緻飲食,
加上低熱量飲食也確實有延長壽命的潛力,
或者說至少可以保證,不會比正常飲食短命。
當然我也不是說,專心控制飲食就好,
畢竟運動也佔了30%,沒道理完全放棄,
只是這個版上的風氣真的很可笑而已......
