平時沒有特別的節食
一週慢跑次數其實不定
有時2~3次,一次5K ,跑30min up
但是這樣的運動方式
約莫持續了3個月不到
目前為止沒有實際的成效
不過根據小魯我的經驗
是不是前期開始慢跑後
一開始都不會有明顯的成效
約莫2-3個月後
體重/體脂下滑速度算是不錯
想請教一下各位大大
在不作飲食調配
三餐正常也沒有吃宵夜
之情況下
一週慢跑次數該如何搭配
才能有效的降低體重/體脂
