想請教一下是否有不妥的地方需要修改
MON 胸部
TUE 腹部&腿部
WED 肩部
THU 胸部
FRI 腹部
SAT 肩部&手臂
SUN 腹部&腿部
另外想請問
訓練肩部&胸部常會用到相同肌群
這樣肩膀的訓練和胸部的訓練排的太近?
怕肌肉還沒修復~"~
