有時先做臥推 有時先做斜板上推 組間休息抓2mins
想把胸肌練厚練大 這樣的做法是正確的嗎 ?
1.原本次數不是排那麼少 是有一天掃到某一篇文章裡說
「你都可以推到xx公斤了 開始的重量就加重 次數降低
免得力氣都在前面被用光了」
2.會這樣排是因為忘了哪裡看到的 金字塔型就是
「次數與重量成反比,愈重愈少,愈輕愈多」
懇請不吝指教一下
