三個月減重分享 - 減肥

以前從事服務業三餐與作息都不正常,加上都隨便亂吃,很快的身體脂肪就火速的標高,
轉變成為上班族之後覺得要好好的控制飲食跟運動習慣,不然整天坐著一定會變更胖,加
上發現自己真的變胖很多之前有些衣服穿起來都好醜,身上的肉都溢出來了下定決心要開
始減重,大家都說以三個月來看,現在剛好滿三個月

我自己是以不復胖的方式在減肥
目前的飲食習慣跟作息生活,就是我可以持續但不會感覺不快樂,偶爾還是跟朋友吃大餐
聚會喝點小酒,但不吃宵夜,所以減肥的幅度自己覺得比較慢,希望再半年一年可以有更
明顯的改變,好想要有腹肌跟肌肉線條啊!!!!
