三分練七分吃適用其他訓練嗎? - 健身

說到蛋白質隔壁板非常看重蛋白質的補充,因為蛋白質是讓肌肉生長的關鍵營養
但是我想問的是 三分練七分吃 的根據是哪來的?有證實過嗎?
假如目標不是練肌肉的話,而是去練核心、爆發、力量,也是適用三分練七分吃?
我平常日五天會練個四天,還是重訓胸肩背腿為主,每次有練不包含洗澡等器材車程等等,從拉筋暖身開始到正式組有大概40~60分鐘的時間練,雖然時間不是很多,六日沒事的話至少都會待半天練功能
所以如果我練那麼久,假如姿勢都正確有練到該練的地方,那麼補充蛋白質(足夠)還是很重要嗎?
例如今天我練三個小時練旋轉肌、核心跟爆發,做滑輪機、瑜珈球各種動作練核心練到滿頭大汗,然後再做跳箱以及藥球練爆發之後還做5.6組負重保加利亞分腿蹲
我需要補充的蛋白質份量還是跟做肌肥大的時候一樣嗎?
我主要是為了運動表現才去健身,偶爾才專心做肌肥,所以這個問題我一直很不解,但還是跟平常那樣吃那樣補充都沒變過
