三餐內容
早餐完全正常(比較油膩的蔥抓餅或是水煎包也都會選在早餐吃)
午餐也差不多 會注意均衡飲食 吃肉都在這個時段吃 不碰油炸
晚餐就不一樣 有時候吃生菜沙拉 有時候吃滷味(不吃肉) 無糖豆漿 水果 微糖燕麥等等
週末約會的時候也是會去吃夜市 但也完全不碰油炸
嘴巴很癢的時候 會吃點雜糧小餅乾
日常作息時間:規律作息的上班族 最晚凌晨一點一定睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:這段時間 因為腰閃到 無法運動 只有上週腰好一點去跳了40分鐘的有氧
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
當初跟男友打賭 一個月瘦兩公斤
三個禮拜過去了 我已經瘦了2公斤
現在我晚餐食量已經大幅縮小 以前是吃ㄧ個便當 過九點以後還會餓的恐怖傢伙
現在吃ㄧ顆蕃薯都快吃不完了 覺得好飽
而且我雖然瘦兩公斤 好像只有瘦到屁股 可能是我運動量少的關係...
這樣的瘦法 不曉得算不算正常........
還是很想健康瘦 週四要繼續參加有氧!
請大家批評指教!
