三角肌的訓練動作? - 健身

欸都,各位大大好,
小弟以前對三角肌的動作,
基本上是
1.單邊直立划船,
2.肩推,
3.前、側平舉,
4.機械飛鳥(因為現在的健身房沒有蝴蝶機,cable又做不習慣,以俯身側平舉代替)
但後來發現1.3.4.挺傷肩膀的,
想要找一些可以替代的動作
目前口袋名單是face pull,Y平舉,
但感受度似乎沒前幾個好,不知道有沒有別的替代動作呢QQ
