先打個預防針 不是要來戰相撲的 哈哈:D
本人傳統. 相撲都有練
從傳統->相撲->最近又主練傳統
對我來說 我兩種重量差不多 沒有哪一種特別優勢
但的確相撲對下背壓力較小 做起來相對舒服
當然也有不少研究討論說
軀幹短 肢體長的人適合相撲
所以並不是所有人都能把相撲發揮到極致
而相撲是不是比較簡單這議題 一直以來都還是爭論不休的問題
像是 Jeff Nippard 的一些論點不錯

以及Greg Doucette的論述都是覺得沒這回事
如果相撲真的比較簡單為什麼大家不選擇都做相撲呢?(這我也同意)
雖然這樣說 但我還是觀察了一些現象
就是近年來有一些國外的相撲硬舉怪物 把一些紀錄持續往上推
像是
Danny Grigsby (275lbs-) 1074lbs/487kg
Jamal Browner (242lbs-) 1003lbs/455kg
Shane Hunt (275lbs-) 936lbs/424kg
以上都是用相撲的選手無裝的比賽紀錄也都有打藥
還有很多選手沒列出來 但感覺有一種他們破千磅破500kg紀錄不遠了
昨天 Jamal Browner 也po出一個他在健身房無裝拉力帶500kg的硬舉(還滿輕鬆的)
感覺不遠就能破世界紀錄了......
而大力士這邊的硬舉是有規定 只能傳統硬舉
目前紀錄是魔山(Thor)的501kg
不知道以後會不會分個相撲紀錄跟傳統的紀錄?
再補一個國內有一個選手
Carter 吳煒穎之前也表示非賽季都練傳統比較多
但要比賽的時候就轉相撲讓他做的更重20kg
從這就會發現有些人的相撲真的可以讓自己的紀錄推向另一個境界
最近沒關注國內的賽事
不知道相撲硬舉有成為一種趨勢嗎? 好奇10年前有這麼多嗎?
