廢文王亂發都沒事了,我也來發發廢文。
之前固定一週去松運兩次下肢訓練。都有習慣暖身與收操,固定背蹲舉1.9x體重6RM
四組,相撲硬舉1.6x體重 6~8RM 四組。我不做力竭,也都沒有DOMS的症狀.
最近因為都在做專項運動訓練,所以三週沒重訓,但這三週幾乎每天還是有做下肢的
徒手訓練(仰臥抬腿,側臥內外側抬腿,滾筒單腳喬式,單腳深蹲等)。昨天做的重量跟組
數都有下降些,但今天就明顯感覺到DOMS!聽說第三天會感覺更強烈. Orz。 所以徒手訓
練的強度還是遠不如重量呀!
好是好在我是酸痛在臀腿...但是胯的感覺特別強烈(感覺是髂腰肌,希望不是受傷)。
不知道各位有試過數週沒重訓後,再回來重訓的感覺也有如此強烈嗎?XD
