看了很多健身影片都說臥姿三頭伸展(頭顱粉碎者)很好
不過這個動作模式不是跟站姿三頭伸展差不多嗎?都是過頭伸展
臥姿除了起槓比較容易以外還有什麼優勢呀?本人是比較喜歡站立訓練(信了姐夫那套+
可以不用消毒座椅)
