│ 首先準備張椅子當輔助工具...蹲在椅子前面...背對著椅子... │
│ 雙手握住椅座 (雙手間隔約15cm) │
│ 雙腳合併...膝蓋呈90度... │
│ 屁股往下蹲...起來時利用手臂的力量把身體拉起來 (此時手臂應是直的狀態) │
│ 連續此動作25下...共做2組...(可視程度酌漸增加組數與次數) │
