三餐的熱量不到基代 - 健身

三餐內容 (都自己蒸 沒有油)
早餐:地瓜一個 玉米一根 溫開水
午餐:一條魚 半把蔬菜 一顆蛋 半碗五穀飯 柳丁 奇異果
晚餐:一份肉 半把蔬菜 半碗五穀飯 蘋果
日常作息時間:晚上12點前會就寢 大概9點起床
生活型態:學生 大多數時間坐著
運動習慣:
每天慢跑30分鐘 快走20分鐘 心跳數沒算過 但會小喘
我的問題:
每天魚 肉 菜 蛋 飯和水果都有攝取到
但以網路提供的熱量表計算(公克數都差不多) 卻還是不到基代
(基代1313 總熱量在1200~1250左右)
三餐都吃這樣 其實很飽 基本上點心時間還不餓
這樣是還要在進食嗎@@
很怕雖然吃的健康 但不到基代 會瘦到肌肉= =
