麵包容易提高體酯? - 健身

前幾天量體重
跟之前都沒什麼變 都在 53 54的狀態
可是看到體酯嚇了一跳
之前體酯都在12 13左右
前幾天量居然變成21 !!!
我明明沒變胖 而且都有運動
會不會太扯
想到之前常常吃麵包
是因為麵包吃太多讓體酯生這麼多嘛
還是單純體重機壞了= =
