BMI:28(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:20%(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:豆漿店的飯糰或燒餅夾蛋加上一杯冰清漿
午餐:一般的便當,但沒有油炸物也沒有湯
晚餐:無
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
每天八點起床,十二點到一點之間睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢跑2000~3000公尺(起碼2000) 心跳數大約140~150 時間大約20分鐘
騎腳踏車螢幕顯示200卡~300卡(起碼200卡) 心跳數130~140 時間約45分鐘~1小時
一周大約作3~4次(兩項一起,共一個半小時左右)
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我的目標是瘦到70~75kg
不知道這個方法可行嗎?
