上大夜時的食物準備 - 健身

今晚翻來覆去又睡不著
忽然想到一個問題一直想
越想越睡不著
工作因素這個月要上大夜班了
只是晚餐6~7點吃的話
12點左右又不太會餓
過了用餐時間也沒東西吃
有小7可是要走10來分才到
想知道有什麼方便又可以放的食物可以買去等餓了吃
目前只有想到三角飯糰+豆漿
麵包這就不考慮了
不知道跟我一樣要上大夜的大大們是怎麼解決的呢?
