運動完口很渴 - 健身

我是最近才開始跑步的, 運動時間都是在晚上下班後
因為才剛開始, 所以時間和速度都很少(約30min, 3km)
也因為不喜歡手上身上有東西, 所以也沒帶水出門
想說也才半小時, 跑完回家喝就好XD
但是每次跑完就好渴好渴, 怎麼喝都無法解渴@@
我有試著小口小口慢慢喝...但還是一直很渴
像今天就可以喝到1500cc...光跑完就喝這麼多...Orz
白天上班也還是有喝1000~1500cc的水哩
奇怪的是每次運動完喝這麼多, 卻都不太會想尿尿@@
請問大家有過這種經驗嗎?? 要怎樣才會比較有效率的止渴呢??
