開始慢跑運動瘦身已經過了半年多了
剛開始是幾乎每天跑步或鄭多燕
現在因為準備考試時間較緊迫
改成一週跑步兩天
鄭多燕一天(是很多肌力深蹲的版本非一般知道的那三版)
目前跑步時遇到一個大問題
就是我實在太容易喘到爆了...
半年前剛開始跑步時
還曾經被媽媽制止說不要再跑了
因為實在喘到太誇張
平常若跟朋友一起跑步 朋友也常嚇到
以為我會窒息
但是那時跑速平均其實才6...
現在已經進步很多
可以連跑半小時
最快可以持續9.5半小時
但是真的是非常無敵喘
後來跟也同在健身的哥哥討論
才知道原來太喘隱含心跳太快
可能也不好 適中即可
所以我試著跑8.5
持續半小時後量了心跳
10秒竟然35下!!
我真的沒量錯 已經測試了兩三次
今天改跑8
10秒29下
換算一分鐘150 似乎比較適中
但是...疲累程度真的是弱很多
因為以前蠻享受累到爆喘到爆結束後的爽感的...
所以不知道應該以後該維持跑多少比較好
讓心跳這麼快是否真的長期來說不好?
另外我知道可以考慮拉長跑步時間
但是因為我現在正在準備考試
每天時間壓蠻緊的 所以暫時不考慮拉更長時間...
就維持一天30-40分鐘
還有未運動時心跳
之前去量inbody 時有量脈搏
教練當時還誇獎我脈搏很OK不會太快
還是偏慢的!
希望大家可以給我意見
