上班族的下午點心 - 健身

工作性質是動腦類 似乎很容易餓 縱使中午都吃便當
一到下午肚子就開始餓了
想說在辦公室放些點心
以前都是吃義美巧克力脆片 那陣子體重開始飆升
外加現在胃不好 不能空腹吃甜食
我自己想到的是蘇打餅乾跟泡燕麥之類的(但我不喜歡吃蘇打餅乾><)
不知道是否還有其他熱量較低 又可屯放在辦公室的點心呢?
