上班族肩頸痠痛 - 健身

不曉得有沒有版友跟小弟一樣,
因為長時間坐辦公室,
肩頸 背整個都很僵硬酸痛,
之前是覺得運動重訓完反而比較舒服,
所以即使看復健科醫生不建議,
也還是照樣重訓。
直到前陣子瘋狂加班壓力又大,
一天坐辦公室十幾小時,
整個背肩頸痛到不行,
去給醫生打了針後好很多,
隔天有空就去練了一下肩膀,
結果好像又開始不舒服...
所以我的問題是:
像我這樣的狀況是應該完全休息不運動嗎?
還是其實問題不是重訓而是辦公室坐太久姿勢不對呢?
希望有類似經驗的朋友指教謝謝!
