先說說我目前重訓狀況
目前重訓應該有半年 176 60kg 早睡早起 想增重!
早餐:饅頭夾雙蛋 中午/晚上:青菜+兩個雞胸水煮 消夜:滷味
身體偏瘦所以主要是先注重大肌群
目前是安排 禮拜一 腿(內側60&外側60&往上踢100)&引體向上
二 二頭(w槓兩動作) 三角(前三角 中三角)
三 休一天
四 腹部
五 胸(蝴蝶,上中下握推5) 三頭(往下拉)
訓練前會先小熱身十分鐘 訓練後看體力 通常跑20分
可是因為平常久坐電腦,常常會下背痛或上背痛
所以我一直不知道怎麼合理的去訓練背部
之前也有試者鍛鍊背部 划船 可是常常會導致背部更不舒服
不太同於練完的酸痛感 感覺有點緊繃無法放鬆
想請問有人有類似經驗 怎麼克服嗎 ? 或對於訓練方式有需要改善部分?
