做伏地挺身傷到手腕 - 健身

各位大大們好~
小弟今年過年在家做伏地挺身,壓下去時撐住很久
然後又做了一百下吧@@ 隔天左手腕就怪怪的
心想是不是以前國小受傷骨折所以比較沒力所以就沒理他
但最近兩三個月每次睡覺手腕都會麻 常常會被麻醒
醒來時動一下手腕就會覺得痛 要醒來十幾分鐘才沒有麻感
但是幾乎不影響我做其他動作甚至是健身
但是手掌往外翻時會覺得有一點點痛 ㄎㄟˊㄎㄟˊ的
位置在大拇指下面的那個手腕位置
去了高雄五甲一間蠻有名的中醫 裡面醫生約60幾吧
隨便抓了我的手摸一摸拉一拉就說沒事,吃個藥就會好
你這麼年輕,很快就沒事拉 ==
我說可是已經半年了耶,晚上常常會被麻醒
醫生就說,那你去櫃檯買一個護具可以夾住固定手腕的,
一個六百塊,很有用,真的 ==+
心想你隨便摸一摸拉一拉就說要吃藥沒事,還花不到一分鐘
還要我花六百塊給你買護具,醫生這麼好當啊??
想當然是沒買,吃了他開的藥也只是麻感比較少而已
請問我要去看西醫嗎?高雄有推薦不錯的骨科嗎@@
