身高159.7cm
體重62kg,
體脂率28.3。
TDEE 大約1783
屬於久坐辦公室的上班族,但一周約有3~5天會去做些輕度運動
原先體重63、64
以前因為運動量大,所以整體看不出來胖
但隨著年紀的增長,活動量反成長後
體態走鐘的越來越嚴重
上個月底開始
我開始認真去減肥(脂)
今早量體重61.4
但因最近適逢中秋節
公司有好多月餅、零食,下午很難不被吸引餵食
想問一下大家
如果下午以吃了高熱量的零食,晚餐是否該不吃

來平衡熱量呢?
