現在 178 cm 80kg 人生巔峰
想要找辦法改善
我的每日規律作息:
7:20 騎一個小時25km的自行車去公司
8:30 在公司附近早餐店買雞肉漢堡+含糖豆漿
12:00 吃正餐午餐
五點超餓
18:10 騎一個小時25km的自行車回家
19:20 回家馬上吃正餐晚餐
請問五點超餓這個地方
有沒有什麼建議
還有其它地方有什麼建議呢?
