其他:水的部分一天約2000c.c

我的問題:
以前最愛吃的就是炸物、麵包、甜點、麵食類、飲料
大約從五月初開始把精緻澱粉類都戒掉
開始維持這個飲食習慣跟運動習慣
五月初體重 73~6月初體重69.8
體脂率的部分因為五月初沒有去測量
只知道六月初是41.3
目前6/20在家量體重是68.5(家裡無體脂計)
想請各位前輩看看目前我的飲食習慣需要調整嗎?
還有運動方面有相關建議嗎
我的體脂率真的很可怕
