體重掉10公斤
體脂降5.4%
執行16/8 一天吃兩餐
黑咖啡一天平均2-3杯
水有喝足3000-4000
青菜兩餐約有600克
蛋白質則是體重2-2.5倍
一天排便一次
但量都不多而且不是很順
有時候有便意但在免治馬桶上卻沒排出
請問一下有什麼方法可以有效改善
