下背訓練必要性 - 健身

想請問各位巨巨 小的我重訓約兩年
因為讀課比較重的系 一週只去兩次健身房 都比較注重在上肢訓練
練腿一週大概也只有6~12組
最近更發現自己完全沒有排下背的訓練
因為硬舉之類的經典動作都會用到
想說應該是很重要的肌肉
但是腹肌應該是他的拮抗肌
大家好像都傾向腹肌不用特別練
(於是我也都沒練)
開始練下背的話腹肌也要練嗎?
目前這兩個肌肉我都完全忽略了 想問問下背是不是必練肌群
