不一樣的飽足感 - 健身

想問看看板上有沒有人跟我有一樣的感覺
目前已經飲食控制一年了
因為我很容易飽也很快餓
所以都是以少量多餐的方式進食
但我不是每餐都均勻分配營養素
例如:
點心:自己打的芋頭牛奶(碳水成分居多)
晚餐就會只吃蔬菜跟蛋白質來填飽肚子
但久了,就發現沒有吃碳水的飽足感,
跟有吃碳水的飽足感很不一樣,
沒有吃,就算飽也會有一種空虛的感覺,
也會蠻快想再吃東西
但有吃碳水的話,就有一種真的飽的感覺!
好奇是我自己心裡作用,還是大家也有類似的情況XD
