最近剛買了減重班的課程
去年偶爾用跑步機運動或是跳繩
但今年開始都沒有運動 ....
第一堂上課 真的快崩潰
做間歇運動 中間休息個10秒 30秒 又繼續
才做幾分鐘 我的腳完全沒力 完全站不住
整個人好像快昏倒一樣
最後老師叫我躺著休息
於是我整個人半堂課都躺在地上...
躺到課程結束 ....立馬衝廁所吐
我很害怕再去上課 我怕一樣的情形會再發生
我最怕我的腳支撐不住 又沒力 這樣又白去了
我是不是應該先自己在家練習腳的肌耐力?
因為它的課程有時效性,
若沒上完之後只能使用器材運動
我目前有想到就是先在家練習跳繩
讓自己的腳習慣運動
不會再去上課做動作的時候又軟腳無力
但也有想說會不會這個減重班不適合我
做動作時我會跟不上大家的節奏
為了趕上節奏 變成我的動作不夠正確
還是該轉換成用器材 先鍛鍊自己的體力
