我的問題:
媽媽年後開始想減肥,
二月初去報了可爾姿(平日每天去運動30分鐘)+跑步機半小時
頭兩週的確有稍微瘦一點,後來就開始停滯
加上足底筋膜炎復發,暫停跑步
三月初除了平日的可爾姿,週末會帶她去健身房運動,後來她覺得健身房的運動量比可爾

三月中旬退掉可爾姿(此時體脂約35%,改成每週健身房2~3次
減肥之路到目前三個月了,體能是有進步,但瘦身成效好像沒有達到媽媽預期的樣子,想
加有氧也因為足底筋膜炎跟網球肘,沒辦法做什麼,可爾姿跟健身房離家都不近,但媽媽
為了減肥,還是努力騎很遠的路去了,也開始嘗試從來沒試過的乳清,希望可以順利幫媽
媽瘦下來,請問各位有沒有其他好建議可以改善呢
