不做深蹲可以用其他動作取代嗎? - 健身

小弟初入健身 剛開始有請教練
但發現深度時下背都會酸疼(有腹內壓核心)
教練向我表示 我應該是重心太前面代償了
但是無法重心往後 我ㄧ往後就會蹲不下去
上了4-5堂一樣無法成功...
我有骨盆前傾 我不知道是不是這個因素
我想請問大大 若不做深蹲 有什麼其他機械式的機器可以練到自由深蹲的肌群呢?
因為我怕姿勢一直錯誤
到時後練到受傷得不償失
