主要是討論天氣問題
冷天/陰天/清晨/傍晚時
慢跑感覺撐得比較久
今天比較貪睡,早上8點才去跑(太陽已經爬很高了)
結果感覺氣力消耗比平常快很多
平常跑9km可以一口氣跑完不停
今天除了跑到一半受不了停下來喝水以外
最後5圈是跑一圈/走一圈撐完的
(扣掉停下來喝水的時間,總時數其實只慢了約3分鐘)
不知道在這種情況下慢跑的燃脂效果會比較好嗎??
還是說都一樣呢??
不過真的滿痛苦的就是 囧
