不太會換氣的人可以用游泳來減肥嗎? - 減肥

因為最近天氣實在太熱
每次慢跑都很痛苦
所以就想用游泳來代替慢跑
目前去了三次 每隔兩天就去一次
但是因為我不會換氣~(游自由式)
第一天硬憋氣游 游了1個小時(但中間也要扣掉喘氣的時間)
覺得超級累..
第二天和第三天 因為想說都來到游泳池了
應該要練習換氣 才能游得比較長 不用中間停下來休息
而且游泳池的大叔和阿姨看得出來我不會換氣 都來替我打氣 說練久了就會了Q.Q
結果我雖然待在游池裡1個多小時
但是都一直在練換氣 游游停停
真的很挫敗
回來後 看了SWIM版的自由式換氣相關文章 打算明天去時要再練習那些技巧
問會游泳的朋友們都說我太心急了 不太可能剛開始游個幾天就學會換氣
一方面不想去泳池一直在練習區學換氣
也有朋友叫我直接憋氣游 說這樣游更累 減肥更有效(?)
另一方面回來這看游泳減肥的相關文章 也愈來愈覺得學會換氣真的很重要>"<
不管是強度和時間 只有學會換氣 才有辦法1個小時內 連續游 游個1500m以上
我想請問利用游泳減肥或培養運動習慣的版友們~
先學會換氣 是不是要用游泳這種方式來減肥的必備功課呢??
還是有版友也都不會換氣就硬憋氣在游呢??
我自己有想過去游泳時 先練半個小時的換氣 後半個小時再憋氣游
這樣有運動到 又有練習到 不知道會不會壓力比較沒那麼大^^""
