減脂三十 「才」 開始? - 減肥

又有一個女生朋友被我拉來減肥了
不過她功課做得不錯,知道該吃甚麼還有調整時間之後
惟獨問我的問題就是:
「我聽人家說有氧運動三十分鐘後才開始減脂是真的嗎?那好累歐!」
我一直跟她解釋說沒有那麼心酸
只是從熱身到燃燒脂肪確實要一段時間
有氧運動持續到三十分鐘效能夠強之後減脂效率比較好
但不代表三十分鐘內的有氧運動都沒有減去熱量的效果
她很半信半疑
我在想說怎樣跟她解釋會比較清楚一點?? ~_~
