三餐內容
早餐:半糖混漿(豆漿+米漿)
午餐:一般外面賣的便當(飯吃一半)或是 一塊麵包(有包燻雞肉+生菜)
晚餐:小碗乾麵+肉羹湯
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上八點半起床 晚上大約兩點睡
規律的上班族 九點上班 六點多下班
早餐買去辦公室吃 有時候一忙早餐會拖到十點多才吃完
中餐通常十二點左右 跟同事在外面吃 有時候會回家自己煮泡麵吃或買麵包吃
晚上六點多下班後 有時會去運動中心跑步 大概七八點多才會吃晚餐
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
坐辦公室的上班族
運動習慣:
一週大約去運動中心跑步(一次約30分鐘)或是踩腳踏車(一次約45分鐘)三次
然後做一些簡單的重訓 主要做上半身 但是因為沒有人教 也不知道是不是正確 ==
一般大約運動一個小時多一點

我的肉一直都是鬆垮垮的 有些身材跟我差不多的人 肉也沒有我那麼鬆 ==
不知道到底是怎麼一回事?
而且我的手很細 但是肚子跟腿都蠻粗的 我自己笑稱是蜘蛛人 哈哈
想要讓整個身體比例看起來勻稱一些 然後肉不要那麼鬆
其實也沒有想要瘦到多瘦啦!希望能夠減到七十公斤以下就好了
