運動中斷 - 減肥

我想問
假如運動了大約一個月 有小小的成果之後
途中卻停止運動一個禮拜
然後才再開始運動
之間飲食習慣都沒有改變
這樣之前一個月運動的成果 (例如體重 體脂肪 提高的基代)
會保持不變 (雖然中斷一個禮拜 但在一個禮拜後還是繼續累積)
還是說會復胖 使整個減肥計畫效率降低呢?
