如題所說的,維持體重真的很難
從去年積極減肥到現在,終於達到自己對自己下的目標
164cm----53kg----->46~47kg間搖擺
減肥方法以少吃,平常上課時用走得到捷運站,公園慢跑,騎腳踏車
最近因為膝蓋有些問題,醫生建議少慢跑
但是慢跑是目前主要的運動,想要改以晨泳為主要運動
請問版上晨泳大大,都如何安排自己晨泳的時間與之後的用餐時間
