不知道是不是胖...好困惑唷.... - 減肥

我每天有量體重習慣
昨天晚上10點多 運動回來11點多
灌了一罐 爽健美茶
玩遊戲...搞到快3點才睡覺
平常上班都是12點之前就睡了...
結果睡醒來 發現胖了一公斤
昨天量75.2 變成76.2
我在懷疑我昨天是不是看錯....是不是昨天原本就76.2 =.=
因該不是才對...我最近幾天 每天量 平均都在75.3~75.5之間
對於體重有點壓力 看到自己體重增加 一整天心情就會down下來
1公斤對我來說 就很多了 要一個禮拜才減的下來...
